Chad Howard received both his B.S. and M.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University in 2015. He spent time at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab (JHUAPL), a not-for-profit university affiliated research center (UARC), before moving to Oculi, a deep tech startup focused on intelligent vision sensors.
As a founding member at Oculi he was the Lead Solutions Engineer working on algorithms, firmware (VHDL / C++), user interfaces (Qt), customer relations, and more.
